Online Order Forms

Our sites uses or will in the future use order forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitors' contact information (i.e., their name, phone number, e-mail addresses, congregation, position held in congregation), we currently so not request or collect any unique identifiers (account numbers, passwords), and financial information (account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the membership form is used exclusively to send information about our organization to our visitors who request it. The visitor's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor/member when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by contacting the UJC HK office at ujc.org.hk.
